Every supplier registered in CODELCO’s supplier registry will be monitored in relation of relatives,relation and eventual interests conflicts that may arise, whose data will be acquired online, permanent monitoring and the supplier’s own documentation such as sworn declarations.

The revision of this kind of background or information does not disable the supplier for participating and/or acquiring some bidding with the Corporation.
